Our onsite support for critical and non-critical incident/trauma support is designed to provide support and assistance to employees.

Critical or Non-Critical Incident Support

Our Critical Incident response service is designed to provide support and assistance to employees directly or indirectly affected by a critical or non-critical incident and provides discussion around:

  • The nature of trauma
  • Reponses to and reactions to trauma
  • Dealing with emotions
  • Defusing and debriefing
  • Self-care strategies
  • Support resources.

Our service is available 24/7 for critical incidents with coordination managed by our National Support Centre. On referral, resources are mobilised, and counsellors’ or psychologists are deployed, with the duration depending on the individual situation and need.
