Leadership Mentoring

Leadership Mentoring is a facilitated process designed to provide leaders with directed guidance, and insights to navigate the complexities of leadership, develop critical thinking skills, and expand their professional skills in people leadership. 

Build Capability

Employees who utilise this service can expect to receive regular support over a 6–12-month period to build on their strengths and capacity.

This service can be used by employees at any level of the organisation but is typically targeted at managers and needs a referral by a senior manager.  Mentoring can also be offered in group settings to build strong leadership teams and enhance team dynamics.
