Manager Assist
Our Manager Assist service provides advice and guidance for managers dealing with difficult issues. This may include counselling for employees, support for the manager, or referral to other sources of support.
Supporting Managers
We will give advice and guidance on avenues for support whether this be individual counselling for the employee, implementation of a Manager Referral programme, education for the manager on how to handle challenging conversations and behaviour or referral to other sources of support.
