Menopause Support for Individuals

Menopause Support is a service for those experiencing the impact of perimenopause or menopause, and includes a four-session treatment plan.

Managing Menopause

All women will experience menopause. For most, this will occur between the ages of 45-55. While menopause is a natural and healthy process that marks the end of a women’s reproductive years, it can be troublesome for some with changes in hormones triggering up to 34 symptoms.

We offer a four-session treatment package for individuals impacted by perimenopause or menopause. This includes a one-to-one specialist menopause assessment and the development of an individualised menopause treatment plan. We can also help you access a range of treatments.
