Cancellation Policy

Cancelling and Rebooking an Appointment

If you are unable to attend your EAP appointment, please notify us on 0800 327 669 as soon as possible. If you do not notify us of your cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment, your employer will be charged for the session.  If you booked online, you can alter your appointment via the confirmation email. 

In some cases, our National Support Centre may need to reschedule your appointment and will attempt to contact you to discuss. If we cannot reach you, your appointment will be rescheduled to a new time and details will be emailed to you.
