The Whistleblower Service is for employees to confidentially report illegal, inappropriate, or potentially unsafe workplace practices. The service is only available for companies that are subscribed to the EAP Services Whistleblower Service. To report an incident please completed the questions below, or if you wish to talk to one of our team in person please call 0800327669 during our regular business hours.
