Come and join the EAP team

At EAP Services we are interested in hearing from clinicians wishing to join our network of Registered Psychologists, Counsellors and Social Workers, including those experienced in psychological first aid and trauma support.

We have a range of opportunities throughout New Zealand including employment and contracting options.

Our requirements are

  • Membership of NZAC, SWRB, DAPAANZ, NZPB or registration with an equivalent professional body
  • At least three years’ experience in brief intervention counselling for employment positions and five years’ for those contracting
  • Ability to provide support for a range of presenting issues
  • Regular professional supervision

In addition we require contractors to have the following;

  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Access to the internet
  • Suitable counselling rooms

As a contractor providing counselling services, you will be required to deliver services across all delivery formats, including in-person, Video and Telephone. We do not offer virtual-only contracts
