Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Win a webinar for you team Competition to be held from 9 August 2024  until 10 September 2024 on LinkedIn. Entries received after this date will not be considered. Habit Health Holdings Limited will conduct the promotion. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and of the Competition Rules.

Entry Details:

1. To enter the competition, complete the online LinkedIn forms and submit you details.
2. The winner will be selected at random using random number generating technology and announced on the EAP Service LinkedIn Page on the 12 September 2024.
3. The winner can select a webinar of their choice from Habit Health’s standard offerings. This webinar is available for viewing by up to 50 staff
4. The selection will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes won as part of this promotion are not redeemable for cash or transferable. Only the person/company who originally entered the promotion can be awarded the prize.
5. Employees of Habit Health Holdings this promotion’s participating sponsors are not eligible to enter.
6. Habit Health Holdings disclaims any responsibility for its inability to complete or continue an entry due to any equipment malfunction, act of God or other circumstance outside of Habit Health Holdings control.
7. To the extent permitted by law, the Habit Health Holdings will not be liable for failure of receipt, loss or damage of any competition entry. Entrants indemnify Habit Health Holdings and their sponsors of any responsibility in respect to damage and loss to entrant’s belongings, death or injury as a result of the competition.
8. By participating, all winners grant Habit Health Holdings exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
9. All personal details provided to participate in these promotions will be held by Habit Health Holdings for the purpose of this promotion and entries may be used by the Habit Health Holdings for future promotional and marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by entrants.
10. Habit Health Holdings reserves the right to refuse awarding any prize to a person who is determined to have violated any rule as outlined above, to have gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or to have obtained a winner status using fraudulent means.
