Online Career Assessment Tool (OLCAT)

Our online career assessment tool (OLCAT) is web based, user friendly and provides a system generated report summarising key results that is an excellent foundation for performance, career development or career transition discussions. 

OLCAT is totally confidential and indiviual information is protected with the use of specific User Identification and Passwords. It is designed to assist individuals in identifying and clarifying occupational interests, key skills, career values and career motivators, enabling an individual to make informed decisions in relation to career planning.

OLCAT is a tool provided within EAP Services HR Consultancy suite of services and incurs a fee. If you are an employee whose Employee Assistance Programme is being provided by EAP Services, you will need to obtain budget approval from your employer prior to to using OLCAT.
