Confidentiality

Our Employee Assistance Programmes are totally confidential programme. This means that the identity of an employee utilising their Programme will remain confidential.

There are exceptions to this especially in situations of concern regarding self harm, harm to others or criminal activity, EAP Services Limited can only raise a clients name with their employer, or any other agency, with their written permission.

To assist us maintain the appropriate level of privacy we have created the "Disclosure of Information Form" form. Clients are able to print this form from our website, or the clients counsellor can give them a copy and help them complete it.
